04 / Installation
Application Guide
- 01Confirm injection-port layout — locate cracks and plan port spacing
- 02Drill holes across the crack at 25–30 cm depth, intersecting at 45°
- 03Install packers and connect single-liquid high-pressure pump
- 04Inject from the lowest port upward, advancing as adjacent ports begin to discharge
- 05After 72 hours, QA-inspect ports for seepage; trim packers and finish surface with cement mortar
- 06Immediately flush all pump components with cleaning agent after grouting
- Drill bore must intersect the crack — verify before injection
- Use a single-component pump only; do not run on dual-liquid equipment
- Hold pressure until material foams out of the adjacent port, then move on
- Trim cured material flush and seal residual port openings with mortar

Storage & Transport
Store and transport away from direct sunlight and rain. Keep away from open flame and heat sources. Storage temperature ≤ 40 °C, well-ventilated, do not invert containers.
Shelf Life
6 months from manufacture date under normal transport and storage conditions
Precautions
- Operators must wear PPE; rinse with clean water and seek medical attention if material contacts skin or eyes
- Use immediately after opening; dispose of residual material per regulation
