04 / Installation

Application Guide

  1. 01Clean dust and debris from the crack surface; install packers and check seal
  2. 02Drill packer holes intersecting the crack at 25–30 cm depth, alternating 45° on either side
  3. 03Mix components A and B at 2:1 by weight; stir uniformly until homogeneous
  4. 04Inject with a single-liquid high-pressure pump; start from the lowest port, progress upward
  5. 05Retain pressure until slurry appears at the adjacent port, then move on; repeat sequentially
  6. 06After 24 hours, QA-inspect; remove packers and finish surface with cement mortar
  • Do not use dual-liquid pumps — mix A + B externally and pump as a single liquid
  • Mixing tools must be clean and dry; mix only the volume usable within working time
  • Confirm injection bore intersects the crack before pumping
  • Workable time is > 30 min — schedule batch sizes accordingly

Storage & Transport

Non-flammable, non-explosive solvent-free formulation — transport by normal methods. Store sealed in a cool, dry place. Maximum storage temperature ≤ 40 °C.

Shelf Life

12 months from manufacture date under normal transport and storage conditions

Precautions
  • Operators must wear PPE; rinse with clean water and seek medical attention on contact
  • If site water inflow is high, perform leak stoppage with a hydrophobic PU grout first, then return for structural epoxy grouting
  • Reaction is exothermic — over-mixing or excessive batch size can cause heat build-up; mix only what is needed
