04 / Installation
Application Guide
- 01Drill or chase through the leaking section to open the injection path
- 02Pre-inject water to confirm crack network connectivity; drill additional ports if needed
- 03Use manual or electric high-pressure pump; inject at 0.2–0.6 MPa, raising pressure based on seal quality
- 04Stop injection immediately if material leaks visibly to the surface; seal the leak and resume
- 05Mix A and B in the prescribed ratio — A bucket contains promoter, B bucket contains accelerator
- 06Mix both buckets evenly and start the pump; A bucket and B bucket are interchangeable at the pump inlet
- Liquid bromide will speed up the reaction in summer — beware of premature gelling
- Acrylate gel time is typically 30–120 s under standard conditions
- Site humidity and temperature affect cure time — pick the right formulation for the conditions

Store and transport away from direct sunlight and rain. Keep away from open flame and heat sources. Storage temperature ≤ 40 °C, well-ventilated.

Precautions
- Operators must wear PPE; rinse with clean water and seek medical attention on contact
- Use entire opened container; dispose of residual material per regulation
